Attach evidence of meeting the entry requirements – your academic qualifications and evidence of English language ability (IELTS)
Before you submit your application ensure you have:
- signed the application form
- attached copies of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL)
attach a copy of your academic transcript
attach a copy of your passport
Once we assess your application, you will receive a Letter of Offer and Acceptance and Payment Agreement. Return the Acceptance and Payment Agreement with your initial deposit to receive your eCOE (electronic confirmation of enrolment)
To confirm your enrolment you must pay your deposit by either bank cheque/draft or electronic funds transfer. Ensure you quote your reference number when making a payment (found on your Letter of Offer). Your eCOE will then be forwarded to you directly or through your education agent.
Language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) needs of students is an important part of ensuring successful progression through the course. Students’ LLN needs are identified at the commencement of the course and monitored throughout the duration of their studies. Trainers and assessors are conscious of each individuals learning needs in class and will adapt their training and assessment methods to suit the needs of their students. Additional LLN support will be provided to students where necessary to assist them in successfully completing their course.
Tra4in Right’s student selection process is conducted in a fair and ethical manner. Students must make themselves familiar with the pre-enrolment information available from TR website and authorised agents.
The following criteria are assessed to determine selection:
- Pre-enrolment information has been supplied;
- Applicant bona fide status;
- Evidence of English language proficiency;
- Minimum Year 12 academic qualification (or overseas equivalent) is generally required for Diploma courses or if less, demonstrated competence in the chosen field;
- Minimum Year 11 academic qualification is generally required for Certificate courses;
Applicants must complete the TR LLN test.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Generally, international students need an IELTS band score of 5.5, or recognised equivalent, to demonstrate their English proficiency for Certificate or Diploma courses. Alternatively, admission may be approved if the language of instruction of the home country is English, or previous study of at least one year has been undertaken in Australia or another English speaking country.
